Stray Dog

Stray dog wandering in the street.
Didn’t know the diffence between,
blacktop and concrete,
danger and safety.
Walking along the edge,
afraid to go on,
no rescue in sight.
Fate comes along,
a heart that is searching.
A two legged friend,
loving a four legged soul.
