Proud Mountain
Standing atop the mountain of my existence,
fragile ledges overcome,
Avalanche of emotions in turmoil,
lifeline from a mustard seed (Matthew 17:20 KJV).
My mountain conquered, overcome.
See me from your summit.
You define me, gentle slopes.
Was it easy for you?
What mountain, did you chose?
I, Made strong by Tempestuous ascent,
many fear what they cannot see.
My journey, not like yours,
This proud mountain is who I am…
