Autobiography of Somebody: Self discovery

Photo by NIKITA SHIROKOV on Unsplash

I was just anybody before the day I saw my true reflection.
Long before that, I felt like nobody and not like everybody.
I Could not see myself as just anybody
Could not see myself when I was nobody.
Looked in the mirror one day, right into my own eyes.
Saw in myself, incredible beauty that belonged to me.
It was then, I knew that I was somebody.
